I purchased 3 RVs from this company at the same time in April, so I expected a much higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, one of the RVs came with a bad converter, a non-working A/C, and a radio that didn’t work. Since the unit was used, I understood that I had to wait about a month for the extended warranty to take effect, and I was willing to be patient. However, once that time passed, the service has been extremely frustrating. Weeks have gone by with little to no proper communication from the service representative, Noel. Every time I call, there seems to be another excuse, but still no real resolution. I eventually had to pay to have the converter fixed myself because I couldn't keep waiting. At this point, the entire situation has become a joke. I bought three RVs at once, yet I can't even get one of them properly serviced or get a clear answer about when the issues will be resolved. Do yourself a favor and think twice before buying here. The sales process may be fine, but once you have a problem, don't expect the same level of attention. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Absolutely the worst buying experience. I drove one hour to get to this location on a Thursday at 3pm. There were no customers inside the store that I could see. I asked the receptionist if a sales person could assist me. I wanted to look at a camper I saw online to purchase. He stated that they did not have any sales associates available. He did not ask for my name, phone number or any contact information. He said there were some units on the floor of the store that I could look at. I did look at them. I also walked outside and found a few unlocked campers to, look at, but the one I was interested in was locked. After like 20 minutes I go back inside the store and asked another employee for a sales person. He said he did not work on sales to go back to the receptions. Tried again with the receptionist and got the same answer and no options were given on how to get into the camper that I drove one hour to see. Absolutely a joke this place. No wonder there were no customers. Not sure how they keep the lights on. I don’t plan on ever going back. They do not care about their customers or selling. Don’t waste your time you will simply be ignored there. Find a different store if you w

Jim is always helpful in parts. Don’t let his gruffness look fool you. He is great. If he doesn’t know the answer he’ll get it.

Jason Lopez did an outstanding job with us by showing us around, and pointing to the specific campers that would fit our lifestyle and needs. We eventually found what we liked: the Forest River Puma style and he even made a personal tour video for us to take home. We had a super excellent time there and we'll go back.

Jr., Mike financial advisor, Felicia, the whole team amazing. What a group of people you put together in Kissimmee. Made me feel like family very welcome. Understood. My situation took their time with me. Knew that I was the first time RV. Buyer made sure I had enough knowledge to go forward with future purchase.
